  • Our Founder took a bold step when he was only 26 to start his own consulting business after a very little stint of 4 years of working with big manufacturing companies in various positions. 
  • He chose the name of his proprietary company as “Interface Technology Consultants” and started with quality management engagements in those days.

Our Founder was enlisted with QCI as Quality Consultant, one of the first fourteen in the country. This gave a boost to our consulting business as well.

We changed the firm’s name from Interface to Perception Business Consulting Solutions.

PX Consulting won a prestigious consulting assignment from NSIC, GoI, covering 18 offices PAN India for strategy and transformation of this leading financial institution supporting MSMEs in India.

PX Consulting secured the first government project from NHSRC, MoH&FW, GoI, worth Rs. 1.30 CR.

Our company bagged the first international project worth Rs. 21 Lakhs with the world’s largest Oil & Gas refinery, KNPC in Kuwait, in collaboration with a local consulting partner. We delivered this project successfully in a record 5 Months and 17 Days.

  • Perception Management Consulting won Best Performing Consulting Company Award in India from NE&HRDO, Mumbai, GoI.
  • We also received a Quality Brands Award from Times India in the same year.

  • Our Founder was awarded Best International Entrepreneur Award from NE&HRDO.
  • Our Founder visited Johannesburg, South Africa, for 15 days to attend a life-changing NBI Certification Program.

PX Consulting secured prestigious projects with the Ministry of MSME, GoI, worth Rs. 1.45 CR to drive six Lean Manufacturing Clusters and delivered successfully in 23 months.

  • Established PMC in Kuwait, obtained funding of Rs. 1.0 CR, and our Founder became CEO of his own company with two partners.
  • Our Founder visited Bangladesh with a high-powered delegation to study SMEs, conduct research, and understand the business ecosystem. Attended conferences and interacted with local institutions and government agencies.

  • PX Consulting initiated Business Leadership Programs for Entrepreneurs and Business Owners led by our Founder.
  • Our Founder conducted eight high-ticket, 1-day programs across six states in India before COVID hit the world.

  • Our Founder was certified as an Intelligent Leadership Coach from ICF, USA under the mentorship of Mr. John Mattone, World’s #1 Executive Leadership Coach.
  • Launched the CEO Engagement Program with MSMEs (High Ticket Retainership & Success Money Engagement).

  • While Perception Management Consulting Pvt. Ltd. remains the legal name and a parent company, we have reinforced Brand Identity from PMC to PXConsulting with Auditing, Consulting, Coaching and Training as its four thematics. 
  • PX Consulting is aiming to build a team of professionals again after 2016. We aspire to have a team of subject matter experts in the field of Consulting & Coaching along with Tech, Marketing & Sales Team.
